What to wear? : sportswear/leisurewear adapted to the weather conditions and the chosen activities, suitable footwear such as old trainers, a complete change of clothes.

A bike-ride along the Tarn, the Garonne and the Canal
Explore the banks of the Tarn and the Garonne, and follow the towpaths along the Canal latéral à la Garonne.
Circuit of 25 kms on the flat. Departure from and arrival at the Rand’Eau Loisirs site in Moissac.
What to wear :sports/leisurewear suitable for cycling and adapted to weather conditions, strong footwear.
Activity available all year round.
Duration : variable from 2 to 3 hours.
Comprises : bikes plus guide. Car pick-up available on request ( indicate when asking for a quote).
For 10 to 25 persons.
A history-themed canoe-ride (or Stand-up-Paddle)
Learn about Moissac’s history from the water.
Listen to your tour guide’s commentary on Moissac as it was in the heyday of its busy port and as it is today.
You will be able to observe the birds and the other wildlife which abounds.
Circuit of 3 to 5 kms on the Tarn. Departure from and arrival at the Rand’Eau Loisirs pontoon.

Canoe Whitewater Session

What to wear? : sportswear suitable for weather conditions, old trainers, a complete change of clothes.

Duration : 3 to 3.30 hours
Organisation : Meeting-point at the Rand’Eau Loisirs site in Moissac, distribution of equipment ( two paddles and two life-jackets per two-person canoe, waterproof canisters for personal possessions).
Shuttle bus to departure point at Belleperche, plus our vehicles for transporting equipment.
Briefing, embarkation and descent.
Shuttle bus for the return to the Moissac site.
For 15 to 30 persons.
Challenge canoe plus bike
Up to 3 Rand’Eau Loisirs instructors depending on the number of participants.
Circuit : Moissac site to St Nicolas leisure facility and back.
What to wear? : sportswear adapted to weather conditions, old trainers, a complete change of clothes.
From April to September depending on weather and river conditions.
Organisation : Teams of 4 (two on bikes + two in canoes)
Teams compete on the circuit, with a change of equipment at the St Nicolas site.
Safety boat, our vehicle with trailer, bike, roadbook, map, compass.
Duration : from 2 to 3 hours
